Maybe. Obviously Farm & Ranch, developments, sub divisions, lakefront properties, golf club courses and any property with acreage will benefit from drone photos.
Other properties may not be so obvious. How about a house with a green belt behind it or a golf course a street away? Drone photos can show the properties proximity to cool features.
Two story house? I use a pretty tall tripod, but the exterior photos will look better with drone photos. Does it have a big pool in the backyard? Imaging how cool it will look with a photo looking straight down showing off all of the landscaping? Is it on a corner lot? Show it off from the air.
Of course, for video, you really want to add drone video to the order. The Mavic 2 Pro had a super-smooth flying mode that gets incredible footage that is impossible to get with traditional video cameras.
